Banyoles is a small and nice town with about 15.000 inhabitants, about 15 km from Girona, easy to find (A7, exit 6), good playing grounds (place of Olympic Games Barcelona '92) and a lot of good possibilities for spending the night.
The town is well-known because of its beautiful crystal-clear lake. Very interesting for visitors is also the beautiful landscape: a silent place for great holidays.
